Spa, Sauna, Steam Room

The spa, sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy pool are set away from the other aquatic areas and are designed for relaxation and rehabilitation. This area is restricted to those 16 and older (except for approved rehabilitation programmes & parent/child swimming classes). The hydrotherapy pool and spa are set at 34°C while the sauna and steam room range between 45°C and 55°C. Health Suite wrist bands must be worn in this area and are available from reception. As this area has been established for rehabilitation and relaxation, no running, jumping or diving is permitted.

Children are only permitted in this area between 8.30am and 12 noon for Swim School parent & babies’ classes or for special rehabilitation purposes in the hydrotherapy pool. Please refer to swimming lessons for more details.
