Justice of the Peace Document Witnessing Service

Justice of the Peace are volunteers who provide their services to the community free of charge. 
Please note:

  • If a document is required to be signed by a Notary Public they must seek one out as a Justice of the Peace is not sufficient. 
  • Maximum of five documents per customer
  • If the document needs a second signatory the customer will need to bring another person to co-sign.  eg. A will or Enduring Power of Attorney requires two people to co-sign. The second signatory should not be a beneficiary.

Justice of the Peace Document Witnessing services will be available at the following dates and times:

Civic Centre, 61 Broun Avenue, Morley

  • Thursday 21 March, from 10am - 12pm

Morley Library, 240 Walter Road West, Morley

  • Monday 18 March, from 4:30pm – 6:30pm
  • Tuesday 19 March, from 4:30pm - 6:30pm
  • Thursday 21 March, from 4:30pm - 6:30pm
  • Saturday 23 March, from 9:30am - 11:30am
