Justice of the Peace Document Witnessing Service

Justice of the Peace are volunteers who provide their services to the community free of charge. 
Please note:

  • If a document is required to be signed by a Notary Public, the customer must seek one out as a Justice of the Peace is not sufficient. 
  • Maximum of five documents per customer
  • If the document needs a second signatory, the customer will need to bring another person to co-sign.  eg. A will or Enduring Power of Attorney requires two people to co-sign. The second signatory should not be a beneficiary.

Justice of the Peace Document Witnessing services will be available at the following dates and times:

Bayswater Library, 25 King William Street, Bayswater

  • Wednesday 24 April, from 10am - 12pm

Civic Centre, 61 Broun Avenue, Morley

  • Tuesday 23 April, from 10am - 12pm
  • Wednesday 24 April, from 10am - 12pm

Morley Library, 240 Walter Road West, Morley
Please call ahead on 9272 0980 to confirm availability.

  • Monday 22 April, from 4.30pm - 6.30pm
  • Tuesday 23 April, from 4.30pm - 6.30pm
  • Saturday 27 April, from 9.30am - 11.30am
