How to Register:
1. Drop into the centre and see the lovely staff at reception to fill out a form and make your payment
2. Email your completed registration form to firstname.lastname@example.org, then call the centre and provide us with your credit card details
3. Casual registrants: complete a form prior to the first session and make your payment at reception at the start of each class.
Program Descriptions Term 3 2017
Sports Fun (1-3yrs)(2-5 yrs)
This class is designed for kindy age children with a focus on improving gross motor skills and physical development. Children are introduced to a range of different sports and activities with a strong emphasis on social interaction. (Light morning tea included)
Primary School Classes
Soccer (5-12 yrs)
Our qualified instructors offer children the opportunity to be soccer ready. Your child will learn ball skills, technique, footwork, and field awareness in our junior soccer clinic, available during school terms.
Our interactive basketball clinic will help your child hit the court running. Learning all the fundamental skills of the game including dribbling, shooting and passing. This clinic is ideal for all skill levels.
A strong emphasis on fun, team work and interaction, children will learn the skills and techniques of a variety of sports including but not limited to Uni Hockey, Tee Ball, Soccer, Basketball, Cricket, Netball and many more.
Tai Chill (15+ yrs)
The Tai Chill programs are easy to follow using movements based on traditional Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Zen concepts, while focusing on building flexibility, strength and balance. With no difficult moves to remember and no moves performed on the floor, all the exercises use controlled breathing; focused concentration set to relaxing chill-out style music which will leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated.
