Are you looking for something to do?
Want a change?
Want to meet some new people?
Then why not become a council volunteer!
The benefits of volunteer work are enormous. They include pride in the knowledge you are helping people in need, supporting community services for many people, meeting and/or making new friends, a new interest to keep you busy and a sense of achievement.
The City of Bayswater highly values its volunteers and aims to give them something back for the time they donate to our services. Every year, the City of Bayswater recognises all our volunteer’s contributions with two volunteer “thank you” functions that are attended by the City’s dignitaries.
The City of Bayswater needs volunteers to help provide services to residents who want to remain in their own homes and stay active in the local community. Potential volunters who wish to help with transportation will need to have a C and/or HR class driver's license.
