Funding applications for major events within the City's town centres
About the program and eligibility
The City provides funding for major events/ festivals within Maylands, Bayswater, Morley and Noranda town centres.
This funding supports major community-led events that bring local community together which creates local identity.
Any incorporated not-for-profit group based within the City is eligible to apply. Up to $40,000 is available in each funding round.
The most recent funding round closed in February 2018. Funding has been allocated to:
- Morley Noranda Recreation Club - Open Day 2019
- Baysie Rollers - King William St Festival - Stage 1
- Next round open: August 2018 - TBC
- Application deadline: Early September 2018
- Notification of successful application: 6 - 8 weeks post submission
