Merry Christmas

Posted on December 24, 2013
I want to wish all of our City of Bayswater residents a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Please take some time out from your busy lives to stop and enjoy some quality time with your family and friends and also remember to celebrate all that we have achieved.

The true spirit of Christmas is a dedication to helping those in need. It’s about giving hope to those in despair and to spread peace and understanding at home and around the world.

We are looking forward to a busy year in 2014 and progressing a range of projects aimed at making our city a great place in which to work, live and visit – such as maintaining and upgrading our roads and footpaths, delivering an exciting events program, dealing with the thousands of planning inquiries that we receive, greening our city and delivering a world-class household waste service.

On behalf of my fellow councillors I would like to wish everyone across the City of Bayswater a very happy and safe Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
