The City of Bayswater residents will have an opportunity to ask questions about Forrestfield-Airport Link at the upcoming community information session to be held by the Public Transport Authority.
The new line will be an 8.5km stretch of rail, tunnelled underground from a junction to the east of Bayswater Station and terminating in Forrestfield.
Due to open in 2020, the underground rail link will open up Perth's eastern suburbs to the rail network for the first time and will ensure minimal impact on land and roads.
The session will be held on Tuesday, 8 September at the Bayswater Bowling and Recreational Club, 58 Murray Street, Bayswater any time between 5.30 and 7.00pm.
