The pop-up aims to engage children's imaginations, inspiring them to explore new worlds and ideas and promote their creativity through reading and learning.
It will allow easy access for parents who are at the shopping centre to engage in educational activities with their children.
Mayor Barry McKenna said pop-ups such as this allowed library services to be available in places where the community gathers.
"Story telling is pivotal to children's development, it helps them engage and improve their language skills; young children learn and grow through this kind of creativity," Mayor McKenna said.
"Reading aloud to children is important in their early years and has an impact on their development and future learning.
"Everyone remembers their favourite book from childhood - it's also a great time for parents and carers to share their children's sense of wonder as they listen to a tale unfold.
"Public Libraries make for a more inclusive, connected society, by bringing people together through a shared love of books and learning."
The pop-up library will be open at the Centre on Mondays from 9.30am to 10.30am for all of Term one from February 6.
