Civic Centre

The City of Bayswater Civic Centre is located at 61 Broun Avenue, Morley.

The office is open between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Max Tulley Office and Information Centre

The Information Office is located at the Galleria Morley, Russell Street entrance, in close proximity to the bus terminal. The office is directly opposite the Post Office, which gives ratepayers the opportunity to pay all their accounts in the one location.

Services Available

The office is open to the public from 9.00am to 5.00pm, with the Cashier open from 9.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (except for Public Holidays). Services include:-

• Receipting of Rates
• Registration of dogs
• Sales of City of Bayswater Products
• Ordering of bulk bins & collection of tip passes

A Justice of the Peace is on duty from 10am to 1pm Monday to Friday and the service is FREE OF CHARGE.

Certain documents require witnessing by two qualified people eg Power of Attorney. In this case we request that you contact us to make an appointment.
