Freestyle Now will be hosting a FREE skatepark coaching jam session at the City of Bayswater Skate Park.
Skateboard, scooter and BMX participants will be able to learn new tricks or get advice and gain new confidence, but most of all, have a stack of fun.
The coaching jam sessions are more than just helping teach skills. These workshops are fun, informative and motivational. Squad members let participants ride at their own level and encourage progression.
Throughout the skatepark jam session, a variety of challenges will cater for all levels of abilities in scooter participants. This is a chance for participants to showcase their abilities amongst their peers and for the community to see the skatepark participants excelling in a positive way.
Some of the types of challenges that might take place include best trick, longest manual, best trick on a certain part of the skatepark, most engaged rider, best youngest rider, etc. Prizes are given out to the winners of the challenges.
