Yoga means ‘to yoke’ or bring together, in the case of yoga, the body, breathe and mind. Join us outdoors, by the river, to connect with self and nature through the practice of yoga. The hour-long class will include breathing exercises, a physical yoga practice to stretch and strengthen before a final meditation. This class is suited to all levels of mobility with alternative options given within poses for a stronger or more gentle practice.
