OVERVIEW
nom! Children is a FREE community healthy eating and cooking program designed to provide parents and carers with the tools to create a positive eating experience for the whole family.
Run over five weeks, each 2.5-hour session includes one hour of learning through fun, interactive activities and discussion, one hour of hands-on cooking using quick, tasty, low-cost recipes, and children are cared for in a crèche and invited to share a meal with their parents at the conclusion of the session.
