The City will commence weed spraying on all footpaths, traffic islands and kerbs on Monday, 16 November 2020.
The City will commence weed spraying on Monday, 16 November 2020. Spraying will be carried out on all footpaths, traffic islands and kerbs under strict supervision and guidelines in accordance with health and safety requirements.
Whilst the City is careful to spray only areas affected by weeds, and spraying is not carried out on windy days, if you think that spray has drifted onto your lawn or garden it can be diluted by hosing immediately with water.
The City recognises that some residents do not wish to have the footpath and kerb adjoining their property sprayed.
If you wish to have your property exempted from this process, email the City at mail@bayswater.wa.gov.au or completete the online form at www.bayswater.wa.gov.au, stipulating that you will ensure that the section of verge fronting your property is kept weed free before Wednesday, 11 November 2020.
