Artists of all ages are encouraged to submit their work into the City’s Community Art Awards and Exhibition for 2024.
Until Friday 4 October, budding and established creatives can submit their paintings, sculptures, photography and more across a range of categories for the opportunity to sell their work and win up to $5,000 in prize money.
Successful entries will be displayed in a free community exhibition at The RISE in Maylands from 10am to 4pm, Sunday 3 to Saturday 16 November. Winners will be announced at a special awards night on Saturday 2 November.
Visitors to the exhibition will be able to purchase their favourite artwork and vote for the Community Bank Bayswater People’s Choice Award.
For more information or to submit your entry, visit the City’s Community Art Awards and Exhibition webpage.
The Community Art Awards and Exhibition forms part of the City’s Flourish Community Arts Festival from Friday 1 to Saturday 30 November. To find out more, visit bayswater.wa.gov.au/flourish.
