The City of Bayswater is inviting residents to help shape the future of three local play spaces located in Noranda, Maylands and Morley.
Community feedback will guide the renewal of these play spaces as part of the City’s Play Space Redevelopment Program, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of residents and provide maximum enjoyment for all.
Residents are encouraged to share their thoughts on the style and type of play equipment, soft-fall materials, and shade options. Feedback is open until 4pm, Sunday, 16 November for the following sites:
- Lightning Park, Noranda
- Tom Cameron Reserve, Morley
- Plowmans Park, Maylands
The play equipment at each of these sites is nearing the end of its lifespan and is scheduled for renewal in the coming years, subject to Council budget approval.
The Play Space Redevelopment Program aims to create vibrant, inclusive play spaces for children and families, fostering community connection and enhancing overall functionality.
To provide feedback, visit Engage Bayswater website before 16 November.
