Annual General Meeting of Electors 2026
The City's Annual General Meeting of Electors will be held at 7pm on Wednesday 18 February.
Residents, ratepayers and business owners are invited to attend the City's Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Electors at 7pm on Wednesday 18 February.
The AGM is an opportunity for the City to present its 2024/25 Annual Report and invite community members to have their say on local issues.
A sausage sizzle will be provided between 5.30 and 6.30pm, with a pre-meeting at 6pm where electors can meet the City's Executive Team before the formal AGM.

A submission form will also be available to submit a motion or question prior to the meeting.
Motions and questions must relate to matters within the remit of the City of Bayswater and be submitted before 5pm, Tuesday 17 February 2026.
