Applications for City’s Better Bayswater Grant program now open
From 1 to 31 March, grants of up to $5,000 are available for eligible projects that benefit the local community, as part of the Better Bayswater Grant program.
The City of Bayswater is offering not-for-profit organisations and community groups grant funding to help support projects and initiatives that benefit the local community, as part of its Better Bayswater Grant.
Grants of up to $5,000 are available for eligible projects that support community connection, health and wellbeing and vulnerable people within our community.
Last year, Maylands Rotary received Better Bayswater Grant funding to start Bayswater Blokes, a series of workshops supporting the mental wellbeing of men in our community. These workshops aim to provide a supportive space for men to connect, learn and develop tools to take charge of their mental wellbeing.
The City is offering up to half the funds required for projects. Successful applicants can match the City's contribution with cash, in-kind support such as volunteering, or a combination of both.
Applications close 5pm, Tuesday 31 March 2026.
