Tickets are now on sale for the inaugural Bayswater Business Awards, an event that recognises local business excellence in the City of Bayswater.
At the awards evening, held Saturday 10 October, the City will announce the winners of 12 award categories – including Business of the Year – and celebrate the achievements of the local business community with entertainment, presentations and a three-course dinner.
Mayor Filomena Piffaretti said the black-tie event will recognise the major contributions local businesses make towards creating jobs and driving economic growth in the City.
“Local businesses are the lifeblood of our community,” she said.
“They are an important part of our everyday lives, and we rely on them for everything from a morning coffee, dentist visit or home renovations. Our local businesses help activate the area, provide local employment opportunities and support the local economy.
“The awards evening will be a wonderful opportunity to recognise business excellence, innovation and success in the City of Bayswater. I encourage members of the business community to join us in the celebrations and make a night of it with your colleagues.”
The City was fortunate to secure Bendigo Community Bank Bayswater as its inaugural partner of the Bayswater Business Awards.

The tickets are $195 per ticket or $1700 for a table of 10 and include formal presentations, entertainment, and a three-course dinner and drinks package.
