Ensuring community safety is a shared responsibility between the City of Bayswater and WA Police. While police respond to criminal and emergency matters, the City’s Community Safety Officers are available 24/7 to assist with a wide range of public safety concerns.

Knowing who to contact can make all the difference in an emergency or when you need help.

Below is a quick guide to help you choose the right service.

Utility faults

For burst water mains, call Water Corporation Faults and Emergencies on 13 13 75.

For fallen power lines or trees on power lines, call Western Power Faults and Emergencies on 13 13 51.

For gas leaks, call ATCO Gas Australia on 13 13 52.
