Homelessness services

People are considered homeless when they are without accommodation that is safe, secure and affordable. Homelessness affects people from all walks of life and can result from such things as domestic violence, illness, long-term unemployment and mental health issues.

Homelessness information booklet

The City of Bayswater has produced a Homelessness booklet  that is designed to be the first point-of-contact for those who are at risk of, or are already experiencing homelessness.

The booklet contains useful information and contact details for a number of services.

The information in this booklet was correct at the time of printing. Please let us know if you see anything that needs updating by emailing community.services@bayswater.wa.gov.au. This booklet is available in alternative formats upon request.
