Men's Health Week is celebrated annually worldwide in mid-June. This week is dedicated to highlighting the significance of men's health and advocating for the well-being of men and boys in our communities. Men's Health Week addresses not only physical health but also mental health and emotional well-being.
Research consistently shows that men are at higher risk for many serious health conditions, including heart disease, diabetes and certain cancers. Additionally, mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety and suicide disproportionately affect men, yet many struggle to seek help due to stigma and societal pressures.
