| Description | The City of Bayswater is a WA local government located approximately eight kilometres north-east of the Perth CBD. It includes the suburbs of Bayswater, Bedford, Embleton, Morley, Noranda, Maylands and parts of Mount Lawley and Dianella. Located in the suburb of Maylands, the Maylands Lakes consists of three interconnected lakes: Brickworks Lake, Lake Bungana, and Lake Brearley. The City is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors (“Respondents”) to undertake works to Brickworks Lakes to transform it into a vegetated wetland and function as a biological filter. |
