Mattress and whitegoods collections take place on Wednesdays – they are ordered on demand and wait time is subject to demand. You will be provided a collection date and an order reference number when you book.
To cancel a collection, please call 9272 0622. All cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the collection date to allow for administration time to process the cancellation.
Failure to present your mattress or whitegoods, or failing to cancel the collection before the 48 hour window closes will result in that allocation being used for the financial year.
