All About Trees

Meet one of the City's arborists and learn tips and tricks for planting, pruning and maintaining trees. 

You can also pick up your very own free tree to spruce up your front garden or backyard as part of our free trees for private properties initiative. Simply bring along your proof of City of Bayswater residency. Upon collection, the tree becomes the property owner's responsibility for planitng and future maintenance. Limited stock is available; one free tree per property.

Join nutritionist Nicole Ingram from Grow Cook Eat WA for a summer cooking workshop using induction cooktops. Gain a better understanding of how induction cooktops work and why they are a better option for cooking in your home. With a focus on seasonal produce, you will cook using an induction cooktop to create a range of healthy delicious dishes that we will share for lunch.
