I verify that if my event is accepted as part of Flourish Community Arts Festival I will abide by the marketing guidelines when promoting my event.
I understand that the submission of this Expression of Interest form does not guarantee my inclusion in Flourish Program. The City of Bayswater reserves the right to select events for the program.
Once my EOI has been accepted, I will submit an external event application if required.
I understand that I will have the required public liability insurance required to host my event.
I understand that I attend City of Bayswater events at my own financial risk. The City is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of cancellation or postponement of planned events.
