Each household in the City of Bayswater (excluding commercial or industrial premises) can order bulk bins between 1 April and 31 March for general waste only, or Transpacific Cleanaway transfer station passes (allows up to 300kg) or a combination of both to a maximum of three (3).

Residents may obtain tip passes to the Transpacific Cleanaway Transfer Station.

Transfer station passes do not cover the disposal of building materials therefore vehicles containing building rubbish will be placed on a weighbridge and charged at the current rate of disposal.

The transfer station is situated at 271 Collier Road, Bayswater (Corner of Tonkin Highway).

The passes must be collected from the City's Administration Centre or the City's libraries, upon presentation of current identification.
