Western Australia is currently transitioning to a new public health regulatory framework. This transition involves a shift from the legislative requirements made under the Health Act 1911 to the Public Health Act 2016.
To align with the future legislative requirements of the Public Health Act 2016, we've developed a Public Health and Wellbeing Plan. This aims to help us reduce the incidence of public health issues within the community and improve overall health and wellbeing.
