Join us for this practical session all about healthy school lunchboxes. In this workshop, Registered Nutritionist Sarah Moore will show you how to fuel your child for the school day with healthy lunches that will actually get eaten. Come along to learn about children's nutrition needs and plenty of new ideas that won't break the bank.
This workshop is for parents and carers of primary school aged children and is facilitated by nutritionist, Sarah Moore (BSc, MPH).
