The City offers a variety of pristine parks and reserves for the community to enjoy.

The City's Aviation Commemorative Park marks the birthplace of commercial aviation in Western Australia.
Bardon Park is a premier playground within the City of Bayswater.
Bath Street Reserve overlooks the Swan River and is ideal for a picnic or barbeque with the family. There is access to the waterfront and a jetty.
Beaufort Park has a playground, barbeque facilities, public toilets and the Beaufort Park Hall.
Bert Wright Park is located next to the Bayswater Library with a nature based playground, half basketball court and pathways.
Broun Park is a large, dog friendly reserve suitable for a walk amongst the trees.
Clarkson Reserve is found along the Swan River in Maylands. The reserve facilities include a playground, picnic areas, barbeques, paths and public toilets. The reserve is also home to Maylands Sport and Recreation Club, Maylands Tennis Club, Maylands Bowls Club, The Perth Pirates Dragon Boat Club, and Amazons Dragon Boat Club.
Claughton Reserve has expansive parkland with an abundance of shady trees, large open areas and easy access to the river for fishing or riverside activities.
This sporting reserve features a play space, two tennis courts, half basketball court and a street style skate park.
De Lacy Reserve is suitable for cricket, soccer and football.
Deschamp Reserve is used for cricket in the summer and includes a play space
Elstead Reserve caters for soccer and is home to the Backpackers Football Club. It has a soccer pitch, floodlighting, canteen and change room facilities.
