Council accepted a recommendation to dispose of the land by public tender at its Ordinary Meeting of 27 January 2021. The land has since been cleared, and is zoned Medium and High Density Residential R17.5 / 30, and is approximately 656 square meters in size, with subdivision potential. Interested parties are advised that a portion of the land is reserved by the WA Planning Commission for future widening of Guildford Road and should make their own enquires as to how that may affect future development. The rear right of way will also be subject to widening on development. This Disposal by Tender for the sale of land is conducted in accordance with the requirements of Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995. |
