Learning how to lead a less wasteful life is the focus of next month's Adult Learning Workshops at the City of Bayswater Libraries.
Mariana Kirova from Eco Fashion Sewing will share with participants at her 'Refashioning Your Clothing' workshop clever tricks on how to upcycle their clothing, and how to update their wardrobes by turning old items into something new and fabulous.
Then Lindsay Miles from Treading my Own Path will share her plastic free journey, her reasons for adopting a zero waste lifestyle and explain how everyone can reduce their waste consumption at a 'How to Live a Plastic Free Life' talk.
There will also be an eLearning session available in August to help community members learn the ins and outs of downloading eBooks, eMagazines and eAudios.
And finally an eLearning workshop will focus on developing basic PC and Internet skills.
