It's not too late to vote

Time is running out to cast your vote in the local government elections which take place on Saturday, October 21.

If you would like to vote but have missed the postal deadline you can still vote at the City's Civic Centre at 61 Broun Avenue, Morley by placing your papers in the ballot boxes at reception.

You can also get a replacement voting package if you've lost or damaged your voting papers.

Voting in your local council elections, although not compulsory is vitally important.

Local government is the closest level of government to the community - your councillors are elected to represent you so this is your chance to have your say on who represents your neighbourhood.

The City provides more than 200 services on your behalf including waste and recycling, ranger and security services, recreation centres, libraries and a range of community health services.

Wherever you live in #MyBaysie please make sure you place your vote and have your say on election day.

For more information call (08) 9272 0622.
