Residents who are unable to physically move their bins to and from the kerbside due to incapacity, disability or illness can apply for an assisted waste service. This service is provided in line with the City of Bayswater's Disability Access and Inclusion Plan.
- A collection driver will wheel the bins out and return them to a suitable and accessible location on the resident's property, determined by the City of Bayswater.
- The assisted waste service is provided at no additional cost to the resident.

- The City will request a home visit to assess the locations of the bins and have the application form completed.
