Justice of the Peace Document Witnessing Service
Justice of the Peace are volunteers who provide their services to the community free of charge.
Please note:
- If a document is required to be signed by a Notary Public, the customer must seek one out as a Justice of the Peace is not sufficient.
- Maximum of five documents per customer
- If the document needs a second signatory, the customer will need to bring another person to co-sign. eg. A will or Enduring Power of Attorney requires two people to co-sign. The second signatory should not be a beneficiary.
Justice of the Peace Document Witnessing services will be available at the following dates and times:
Civic Centre, 61 Broun Avenue, Morley
