Justice of the Peace Document Witnessing Service

Justice of the Peace are volunteers who provide their services to the community free of charge. 
Please note:

  • If a document is required to be signed by a Notary Public, the customer must seek one out as a Justice of the Peace is not sufficient. 
  • Maximum of five documents per customer
  • If the document needs a second signatory, the customer will need to bring another person to co-sign.  eg. A will or Enduring Power of Attorney requires two people to co-sign. The second signatory should not be a beneficiary.

Justice of the Peace Document Witnessing services will be available at the following dates and times:

Civic Centre, 61 Broun Avenue, Morley

Morley Library, 240 Walter Road West, Morley

  • Friday 16 January, from 10am - 12pm
  • Saturday 17 January, from 9.30am - 11.30am
  • Monday 19 January, from 4.30pm - 6.30pm
  • Thursday 22 January, from 4.30pm - 6.30pm
  • Friday 23 January, from 10am - 12pm
