Character Protection Areas
Overview
The City of Bayswater has three Character Protection Areas (CPAs) in Maylands, Mount Lawley and Bayswater. The CPAs are areas which have been identified as having a large number of character homes and high amenity. To help protect and retain the character in these areas, the City has adopted the 'Character Protection Areas' town planning policy.
