The City of Bayswater was proud to be announced as winner of the Professional/Digital category of WA Local Government Association's 2023 Showcase in Pixels exhibition and competition at the annual WA Local Government Convention on Tuesday 19 September.
In August, the City announced it had selected 'Place of the Future' by 19-year-old Bayswater artist Oscar Knorr to represent the local community in the public exhibition of artworks from local governments across the state.
Oscar's digital artwork was commended for its dynamic use of colour, movement and iconic Bayswater symbols. Congratulations Oscar!
