To receive your annual rates or instalment notices by email, complete the form below in full and click Submit.
Once we have received your registration, we will send you a confirmation email that you will no longer receive a paper copy of your annual/instalment rate notices. If you require a paper copy, a fee will be charged.
The City collects and manages personal information to issue your rates notices electronically. Your personal information may be disclosed to relevant City employees and other entities where authorised or required by law. For details on how your information is used and managed, refer to the City's Privacy and Information Sharing Policy.
