Bayswater CEO Jeremy Edwards will lead a new Executive Leadership Team committed to driving organisational improvement, transforming the City’s digital systems, driving investment opportunities within the City and delivering the highest quality service to the community.
CEO Jeremy Edwards said Bianca Sandri, who joined the City earlier this month as Director Community Services, completes a four-member Executive Leadership Team at the City.
“As a previous City of Stirling Councillor and Deputy Mayor, Bianca is passionate about serving the community and understands that local government is a service organisation. As former director and co-owner of Urbanista Town Planning, Bianca also brings with her a wealth of experience in delivering town planning and development outcomes,” he said.
“We were also fortunate to have Kym Leahy join the Executive Leadership Team back in May. In her previous role at the City of Swan, Kym was responsible for transforming the City’s digital and financial systems.
“Luke Botica, who has only been with the City for two years is now the City’s Director Infrastructure and Assets. Luke brings strong technical expertise to the team as a qualified engineer with more than 24 years of experience in local government.”
Jeremy also spoke of the strong partnership between Council and the Administration.
“Over the last 12 months, we have partnered with our Elected Members on a Council-led business planning process, developed service plans and commenced a comprehensive asset management planning process for the City’s $1 billion asset base.
“We have an exciting roadmap in front of us with significant State Government infrastructure projects under construction and extensive investment opportunities available within the City; myself and the Executive are here to make things happen.
“I am delighted to have a strong Executive Leadership Team and Council to work with as we continue to strive towards positive outcomes for our community.”
