Members of the community are invited to express their interest to join the following groups and committees at the City of Bayswater.
The selected community representatives will be appointed until October 2025 and receive payment for attending meetings.
Disability Advisory Group
As a member, you will offer guidance to the City on issues impacting people with a disability and provide advice on implementing the City’s Access and Inclusion Plan 2020 – 2024.

Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Group
As a member, you will assist the City to focus on promoting equality and equal opportunity for people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and people who identify as LGBTQIA+ accessing and using City services and programs.

Reconciliation Advisory Committee
As a member, you will advise the City on implementing its Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan October 2021 – October 2023, and provide advice on matters that affect Aboriginal people within the City.

As a member, you will provide Council with advice on initiatives and programs to promote sustainable and healthy active transport options.

As a member, you will provide Council with feedback and suggestions for the Skate and BMX Strategy and other initiatives such as the proposed Coode Street Pocket Park.
